The house comes fully furnished with a double garage, 2 patios (front and back) and air conditioning. The house is located a short drive away from either the U of A Hospital (15-20 minutes) or the Royal Alex hospital (15 minutes). The Strathern LRT station is a 6 minute walk away and goes to Grey Nuns Hospital in Millwoods. This rental would be ideal for a medical professional staying in Edmonton short term or someone who wants to rent before purchasing their own home.
